The removal and replacement of an existing automated parking system in a 46-storey condominium in Miami’s financial district with a new 411-space system

Appointed by Brickell House Condominium Association, KTS’s role included managing the full formal tender process through to awarding the contract and then, project monitoring, payment application reviews, project schedule, Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) witnessing and project close out.

The project is due for completion at the end of 2023.
