KTS appointed on luxury residential tower in Miami

Kingfisher Technical Solutions has been appointed to help ensure an automated parking system in a luxury residential tower on the shores of Miami’s Biscayne Bay is installed to specification and delivered on time and on budget.

Despite a compact footprint, the 649-foot Elysee tower rises 57 storeys and is the tallest residential building in the vibrant Edgewater district. Its three-tiered telescoping shape incorporates 100 luxury residences and high-class amenities which enjoy panoramic views of the bay.

The Automated Parking System (APS), including charging stations for electric cars, will provide 234 carparking spaces.

KTS is working with stakeholders to try and accelerate delivery, currently scheduled for Quarter 3 next year, and to mitigate any risk due to the global shortage of key components such as programmable logic controllers (PLCs).

Appointed by Two Roads Development, KTS is providing project management services, acting as the client’s representative, and developing and managing the Commissioning, Inspection and Test Plan (CITP).
